Mobile Sales

Over the Black Friday - Cyber Monday weekend in the US two weeks ago, 20% of Fab.com's $1.1m in sales came from mobile devices. 12% iPhone, 6% iPad, 2% Android. This was 6 weeks after launching their mobile apps.

Wow.

  1. Fab.com is a true success story. How do you think they have sorted out its distribution?

    Are the products shipped directly from the designers to customers or are they shipped first going to a distribution center of Fab's and then to customer?

  2. As I understand it they started out having suppliers ship the product, not sure if they've adjusted from that model.
